  • Process Innovation: Protective RoSS® Shell for Vials

    Vials are often the preferred primary packaging in bioprocessing and fill-finish. Drug substances are very often of high value and require careful handling during freezing, thawing and shipping processes.

    Single Use Support has adapted its proven RoSS® shell to fit for vials of any sizes, enabling optimal protection for your substances for controlled plate-based freezing, cold storage and shipping.

    Based on EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) requirements and the need to handle large volumes of bulk drug substances, one of our customers approached Single Use Support with the urgent need for a supportive device of handling 20L and 50L single-use bags in RoSS® shells during the processes of aseptic filling and controlled freezing.
