RoSS® Shell Accessories
Complementary tools for easy handling
The RoSS® shell is a robust protection for single-use bags to reduce product to <0.001%. To adapt to each requirements when working with RoSS®, there are various auxiliary tools to improve drug substance handling: RoSS Handle Closing Tool, Tamper-evidence seals, Cryo Control Units (CCU), Single Use Support Data Logger, Labels, Customized inlays for vials or Treatment options for vials and sample bags.
Types of Accessories
- RoSS Handle Closing Tool: simplified closing of the stainless-steel top lid of the RoSS® shell
- Tamper-evidence seals: different types of seals to secure that RoSS® shell has remaine a closed system throughout storage and shipping.
- Cryo Control Units (CCU): Attaching CCUs are recommended when freezing RoSS® shells in static or blast freezer to avoid bulging or warping effects or single-use bag.
- Single Use Support Data Logger: Track & Trace of your drug substance during international shipment with or without temperature probe.
- Labels: different types of labels to tag primary, secondary and tertiary packagings: e.g. cryogenic labels especially made for metal and plastic surfaces withstanding long-term storage in temperatures of -196 °C, laser or thermal-transer printable or RFID labels
- Customized inlays for vials providing protection for storing, freezing and transportation of liquid samples at ultra-low temperatures
- Different options to place vials and sample bags in the RoSS® shell.
