There is a wide range of products that can be stored and shipped in single-use bags within a laboratory fridge. The RoSS.FRDG is compatible with RoSS Shells, made to protect these very bags and to facilitate a seamless transition between the freezing/thawing and storage processes. Products stored and shipped this way include drug substances, monoclonal antibodies, mRNA and gene therapies, temperatures as low as -80°C.
However, there are certain products that need to be stored at even lower temperatures, such as cell therapies or gene-modified cell therapies: This is where cryogenic freezers come into place, with the RoSS.LN2F able to reach temperatures down to -180°C.
